The apartments include separate bedroom and living room, working desk, telephone, fax connection, safe, and a fitted kitchen. For a small fee you can also use the building’s washing machine and tumble dryer. A weekly laundry and cleaning service is included in the room rate.

Food & Beverages

Begin your day with breakfast in the building's modern breakfast room. It is served from 06:30 until 09:30, Monday through to Friday, and from 07:00 until 11:00 at weekends. On request, room service is available for breakfast.

The reception is open from 09:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday. Check-in is possible outside of these hours via the check-in machine.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 9.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 15.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
