Please note that the sauna and bathing area are textile-free (nudist) zones. The area is open daily between 13:00 and 22:30. The area is for women only on Mondays. Children under the age of 4 are not allowed to enter the spa area. Children between the age of 4 and 12 may only enter the area when accompanied by an adult. The solarium may be used by adults only. Please note that there is no pool attendant.

Food & Beverages

International culinary delights and seasonal dishes await you in the rustic restaurant of the Hotel Rheinsberg. Choose from the à la carte menu, the set menu of the week, or ask for the 4-course candlelit dinner, which can include your own special requests. Meals are also available in the sauna restaurant. A spacious garden terrace beside the lake invites you to relax during warmer weather, and a cosy bar is also available on site.

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in public areas and costs EUR 5.00 per hour.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 15 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
