Area information The hostel is only a 10-minute walk from the East Side Gallery, the colourful remains of the famous Berlin Wall, and the historic Oberbaumbrücke bridge. Set at the threshold of East and West, the district of Friedrichshain is a stimulating mix of cultures and stories. Discover the colourful eateries, bars and nightlife venues of one of Berlin’s trendiest areas. Experience the flair of the Simon-Dach-Straße, and stroll across the flea market on the Boxhagener Platz square. Travel information From Tegel Airport, take bus line X9 to the Zoologischer Garten. From here, take any of the eastbound S-Bahn (city rail) lines and get off at Warschauer Straße. From Schönefeld Airport, take S-Bahn (city rail) line S9 for Grunewald and get off at Warschauer Straße. Leave the Warschauer Straße city rail station via the main exit. Turn right onto the Warschauer Straße. You will find the hostel after approximately 150 metres at house number 57.
