Our bars are open from 08:00 to 16:00 and 16:00 to 02:00. Our Lobby Bar is open daily from 09:00, while the Train Spot Bar on the roof terrace is open from 18:00 The all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet is available from 07:00 to 10:00 during the week and from 08:00 to 11:00 on weekends and bank holidays.

Fee for credit card payments (Visa and Mastercard): EUR 2.50 Bed linen: EUR 3 Towels: EUR 1 For the single and twin rooms breakfast, bed linen and towels are included. In our lobby you will find a TV. As with every A&O Hotel, pets are only permitted in our single and twin rooms. From 10 people we have special cancellation and payment conditions. Our reservation department will contact you!!! - until 8 weeks prior to arrival date free of charge - from 55 days to 5 days prior to arrival date 50% of the agreed total price - from 4 to 2 days prior to arrival date 75% of the agreed total price - one day prior to arrival date 90% of the agreed total price We will debit 50% of the agreed total price 8 weeks or less than 8 weeks before arrivel from your credit card.

Berlin's largest shopping street, Ku’damm, the famous KaDeWe mall, the historic Gedächtniskirche ("Memorial Church") and the zoo are just 500 metres away from our hotel. You can play darts, table football and video games.

Arrival by train from the central station: Take the S-Bahn (city rail), any line, to “Zoologischer Garten” (3 stops) Arrival by bus from the central bus station: Take the U2 underground line to “Zoologischer Garten” (5 stops) Arrival by plane: From Tegel Airport (TXL): Take the X9 bus to “Zoologischer Garten” (terminus) From Schönefeld Airport (SXF): Take the S-Bahn line S9 to “Zoologischer Garten” (19 stops) From “Zoologischer Garten” Station: Take the Hardenbergplatz exit, turn right and cross Hardenbergstraße. After about 15 metres go up the stairs and you will find the hotel

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
