Twelve rooms are available for meetings, seminars and conferences of up to 400 people. These air-conditioned rooms feature Wi-Fi internet access and modern presentation technology.

Food & Beverages

A comprehensive breakfast buffet is served from 06:00 each morning in the hotel's Papillon restaurant. During the evenings, the restaurant offers a variety of international dishes and children's meals. The Papillon restaurant is open daily from 06:00 until 15:00, and again from 18:00 until 23:00. The Mercure's air-conditioned Memories lobby bar serves a range of beverages, from fine wines to cocktails. During summer months, guests can enjoy their drinks on the terrace. The Memories bar is open daily from 17:00 until 01:00.

Wireless internet is available in some hotel rooms and charges are applicable.

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 11.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 18.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
