There are many typical Berlin cafes and bars right on your doorstep, highly regarded, perfect for enjoying a few relaxing hours. Sights such as Alexanderplatz, and above all, the Rotes Rathaus and the Mauerpark are only a few minutes away. Relax in our lounge, very much appreciated, in our bar or use our communal kitchen and get to know some other visitors to this vibrant city. Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 3.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children from 6 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 3. 

Groups

When booking for more than 12 persons, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
