The newly renovated apartments are approx.35 sqm. and are situated in the side-wing of the building. They all have a seperate bedroom with queensize-bed, living-room with sofa-bed, dining-table, television, open modern kitchen with microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, waterboiler. Seperate bathroom with bath and toilet and hairdryer. Wireless Lan internet access is available, but guests have to bring their own laptop with them (no computers available).

Food & Beverages

In the surrounding area you will find many commendable restaurants. Alternatively, you can cater for yourself without difficulty: you will find several (bio) supermarkets around the apartment.

Please note that there is no reception. Once your reservation is confirmed, the management will contact you about your planned time of arrival and departure and the hand-over of the keys. A surcharge of EUR 20 will be applied for final cleaning.

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
