Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

80 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 6.00 per person.  Buffet breakfast costs EUR 6.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 8 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 12.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
