Food & Beverages

The main attraction for gourmets is the “Dieter Mueller” restaurant in which the 3-star chef personally prepares international meals that are rich in flavour and yet light as a feather. Ever since years Dieter Mueller is one of the famous chefs in Europe and his awarded kitchen is well-known all over the borders of Bergisch Gladbach. Lunch: 12pm until 2pm Dinner: 7pm until 10pm Days off: Sunday & Monday A seat reservation is required and cannot be guaranteed without consultation with the hotel. The Brasserie offers a French cuisine and a view of the fairy-tale park. During the summer months its sunlit conservatory is opened up on to the terrace, where guests can take their meals outdoors. Lunch: 12pm until 2pm Dinner: 6pm until 10:30pm Days off: Tuesdays & Wednesday A seat reservation is required and cannot be guaranteed without consultation with the hotel. Our hotel bar is a place for personal meetings in “artistic” surroundings. Works of art in a variety of exhibitions fill the walls from floor to ceiling, and on many evenings, live jazz and piano music can be experienced. Our bar is open every day!

Please note that in our restaurants no dogs are permitted!

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 45.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
