The hotels comfortable single and double rooms are spread across 3 floors. Some rooms can be linked via a connecting door. A room for wheelchair users and a room for guests with disabilities are located on the ground floor. The wheelchair-friendly room can be connected to a carers room. All areas of the hotel are easily accessible by guests with disabilities, and all floors are served by a lift. The Parkhotel's rooms offer en-suite bathrooms and all standard amenities. The first floor is a non-smoking floor. An indoor playground is located on this floor. Upon booking, please indicate whether you wish to smoke in your room.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
