Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 9 years are charged EUR 17.50 per night per person when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 27.50 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 5.
