However, the decor includes objects with a history that is considerably older, antiques that once decorated a castle, cathedral or mansion in France, Belgium, Holland or Italy. Through a careful combination of styles from various countries, the Arendshoeve has acquired a very exclusive European ambiance that you will not find anywhere else.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 3.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 16.00 per person.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 16.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 34.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
