The accommodation comprises bungalows, mobile homes and chalets. The bungalows are 12 m² and have a mezzanine and a porch. There is a double room and in the mezzanine there is an additional single bed. In addition, there is a well-equipped kitchen, living-dining area and shower room. The mobile homes are 24 m² and comprise 2 twin rooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a living-dining area and a shower room. The chalets are 36 m² and also have a mezzanine. There are 3 twin rooms (1 with bunk beds) and a further 2 beds in the mezzanine. There is also a well-equipped kitchen, dining room, living room and shower room.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  0 % service charge per room per night is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
