The hotel has easy accessibility via E25/A2 (Eindhoven-Maastricht) Take the left turn at the first set of traffic lights as you enter Maastricht on the A2 (coming from Heerlen-Eindhoven) leading to Berg en Terblijt Follow the road to Berg en Terblijt Take the first turn left (opposite the garden centre ‘Intratuin’ at the top of the hill). Follow the winding road down hill. After approximately 1 km you will find hotel Lamerichs on the left.

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 1.30 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 4.50 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 3.
