You can walk to the Berchtesgadener Bauerntheater (Berchtesgaden Farmers’ Theatre) in just 2 minutes. The local bus which stops directly outside the hotel will take you to the Watzmanntherme spa and adventure pool, salt mines and local history museum for free. In winter, Berchtesgaden is ideal for numerous winter sports activities such as skiing, snow boarding, and ice skating. Hotel guests receive a 30% discount on green fees at Obersalzberg golf course. You can also hire clubs and equipment.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 2.10 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 45.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
