For your leisure activities we have a workout-room, very much appreciated, sauna, and a solarium. Our rooms are equipped with shower, valued throughout, toilet, telephone, radio, color-tv, minibar and balcony. In the wintertime you may join our ski-school or you take one of our sleds. For bikers we offer new mountain-bikes to rent., which is shuttleservice, . To the culture-city Salzburg it is only 18 km.

Area information The Lärchenhof is surrounded by forests and green meadows beside the lake Königssee and the Watzmann. Within walking distance you find the lake Königssee, the cablecar Jennerbahn, the heated public-pool area, the new tourist informationcenter, shops and restaurants, tennis-courts, golf course, cross-country slopes and skiing areas, the world-famous bobs led-track and the bus station "Rehwinkl". Travel information Coming from station Berchtesgaden folow direction to Königssee. After 3.4km you reach a pedestrian light. Turn left in to Alte Königsseer Str. (district Schwöb). After 50m Lärchenhof is on left hand side.

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 1.80 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
