In the centre of Berchtesgaden you find the recently opened adventure and wellbeing baths "Watzmann-Therme". Located just a short walk from the hotel, it offers leisure pools, saltwater baths, a variety of saunas, food and drink, and everything that the heart desires. A variety of winter sports are possible in Berchtesgaden, such as skiing, snowboarding, tobogganing, cross-country skiing and much more. The area also invites you get active during the summer, and offers a summer toboggan run, hiking trails and cycle paths.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 35 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 1.80 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 17 years are charged EUR 18.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
