Hotel details

Peaceful and friendly atmosphere. The first hotel in Benidorm, built by Pedro Cortés Barceló in 1926. The hotel has 7 floors. The restaurant is located on the ground floor and on the basement you will find the reception and the lounge-bar. The rooms are situated between the 1st and 5th floors (8 rooms in floor 1st to 4th and 6 rooms in the fifth floor. Our hotel is committed to protect the environment and to reduce the use of fuel to obtain energy, therefore the energy used in the hotel is provided by solar cells.

Food & Beverages

Our restaurant can cater for up to 90 people, offering home-made typical food of the region and traditional Spanish food. Our clients can choose from a variety of dishes. All meals are served from a set menu to offer comfort and personalized service to our guests.

Parking

Private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 8.00 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is not included and costs EUR 4.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  One child from 2 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
