Hotel details

The New Servigroup Dance Academy is also available to guests staying in this hotel, and offers free dance tuition by professional dancers (this service is offered in the Hotel Servigroup Orange). There is an area for smokers in the bar lounge.

Food & Beverages

The hotel's restaurant serves buffet-style meals, including themed dishes in the evening. Opening times: Breakfast, 08:00-09:45 Lunch, 12:30-14:30 Dinner, 19:00-21:00 (19:30-21:30 in the summer months). Please note that a mandatory fee for the gala dinners held on 25 and 31 December are included in all rates for stays over those nights.

Internet via modem is available in public areas and costs EUR 6.00 per hour. 

Parking

Private parking is possible at a location nearby and costs EUR 10.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 3.00 per night and person for cots.  All children from 2 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 75 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
