Rooms

The 1- to 3-bedroom apartments all come with a separate lounge and sofa bed. There is also a well-equipped kitchen with oven and cutlery, and one bathroom per bedroom. All apartments are exterior with large windows, functional furnishings and marble floors.

At Flatotel you will find a friendly 24h Reception service,supermarket open 7 days a week,Minigolf,outdoor swimmingpool,large Parking and Garage space,Gym for clients;Bar (7.30 am till 23.30 am)and Restaurant (7.30am-10.30am,1.00pm-15.30pm and 19.30pm-22.30pm).

Dogs must always be on a leash and can not be taken into the bar / restaurant, can not be left alone in the apartments and must always be with the owner. Weight accepted until 6 kilo and rate per day of EUR 8 per day.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free private parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 8.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 6.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 12.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
