We offer you studios for 3 persons and one bedroom apartments for up to 4 persons. They all offer excellent front view over the beach and have terrace, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and safe. Modern and cosy decoration. Recently refurbished. Price includes servicing and towel change twice a week, water and electricity.

Located across the beach, between the sea and the Park of La Paloma, near de marina and the leisure area of Solymar. Good bus and train connection with the rest of the Costa del Sol. Recently refurbished (2005). We invite you to enjoy a wonderful holiday in our apartments.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 12.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Baby cots are not available.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
