All rooms feature flat-screen digital TVs, deliciously thick duvets, fabulously fluffy pillows, Ralph Lauren fabrics and Zoffany wall coverings. Every room has a separate dressing table with a hair dryer and a full-length mirror. Superior soundproofing ensures peace and quiet for a good night’s sleep. The bathrooms are exquisite, with glass, chrome and ceramic finishes.

At the Europa Hotel, the aim is to ensure that guests’ stays are as enjoyable and hassle-free as possible. From the moment you arrive, the hotel’s dedicated concierge team will take care of your every need. Whether you require information on transport and local attractions; or if you simply require assistance with your luggage, the concierge team will ensure your needs are met professionally and to the highest standards. The hotel also offers a same-day laundry and dry cleaning service. Secretarial assistance is available on request. There is a 500 space multi-storey car park adjacent to the hotel. Valet parking is available for hotel residents. From the Grand Ballroom to the purpose-built Eurobusiness Centre, conference facilities at the Europa Hotel are second-to-none. March 2008 saw the highly anticipated opening of the Conference and Exhibition Centre. This new state-of-the-art venue can hold exhibitions, shows, meetings, indoor sporting events, wedding fairs and trade fairs. It offers 515m² of floor space that is totally flexible and can hold up to 56 exhibition stands. There is also a total of 16 highly flexible conference and banqueting suites on offer, and the Grand Ballroom, one of the largest hotel function suites in Northern Ireland, is situated on the first floor of the hotel. The Eurobusiness Centre is a suite of 9 purpose-designed executive meeting and private dining suites, located on the hotel’s second floor.

Food & Beverages

The Piano Bar Restaurant offers gourmet cuisine. The menus are an imaginative mixture of classical and modern European influences and include a selection of dishes made with fresh local produce. Situated on the hotel’s first floor, the restaurant has magnificent views over Great Victoria Street below, and is surely one of the best locations in Belfast to see and be seen. With its luxurious surroundings, impressive range of cocktails, music, entertainment, wide choice of food and a great atmosphere, there's nowhere better for a wonderful dining experience. Live music is provided by the hotel’s resident pianist Thursday to Sunday. The restaurant is open for dinner from 18:00 to 22:00, Monday to Thursday, and from 18:00 to 23:00, Friday to Saturday. A selection of food is available from 12:00 to 18:00 in the lounge. The Causerie on the hotel’s ground floor offers a more informal dining option. This bustling contemporary bistro offers has a wide choice of menus available for both lunch and dinner, including snacks, light meals, full meals and daily specials. The Causerie is open 7 days a week for breakfast from 06:00 to 11:00 and from lunch to dinner from 12:30 to 22.30 (last seating at 22:30). Those in a hurry can grab a bite to eat in the Lobby Bar, which is situated on the hotel’s ground floor. The Lobby Bar serves great pub grub all day and there is live music on Friday and Saturday nights from 21:00. Room service is available 24 hours a day.

Pets: Pets are not allowed in the hotel, but guide dogs are accepted.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs GBP 16.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
