The hotel offers you various cuisine foods such as Cantonese, Shandong and Beijing dishes, and French, Italian, Russian and Japanese cuisines as well. There are also the Galleria Bar with live jazz music. Tang Palace Restaurant: is a locally famous Chinese restaurant serving Hong Kong and Cantonese cuisine. Renowned for Yum Cha lunch and Dim Sum varieties as well as set dinner menus. The 150 seat restaurant is located on level 3 of wing A of the hotel. Kitaya Japanese Restaurant: offers set lunch and dinner menu with pork cutlet curry and curry rice, yakitori and sukiyaki beef pot as well as sashimi and sushi. The restaurant is located on level 2 of wing A of the hotel, next to the Cuisine Galley Restaurant.
