Rates quoted are in USD on our website. Upon check out at the hotel, charges will be in CNY and exchange rate from USD to CNY will be the daily exchange rate. Please note that in case you are settling your hotel bill in local currency or by credit card there might be a difference in the room rate due to the currency exchange rate changes. Olympics Policy (for reservations between 01 - 31Aug 2008) - All reservations are required to provide the front and back copies of credit card and authorization letter with client's signature and sent directly to hotel. - The guest credit card is charged the total cost at time of purchase . Prices and room availability are not guaranteed until full payment is received. The non-guarantee reservations will release by 5 days from date of booking if payment and authorization letter not received. If the credit card is invalid, the hotel has the rights to cancel the booking immediately. - Please note, if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. - Base on security reason, the hotel might contact you to provide the nationality, passport number and expiration date information prior to your stay.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs USD 14.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged USD 46.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
