Travel information From m1 Jctn 14 - follow signs for Newport Pagnall a509, after 1.5 miles turn right at roundabout signed Bedford a422. Continue on to Bedford for 10 miles following signs for a422. On entering Bedford you will come to 2 mini-roundabouts, turn left following signs to Kettering, at the next roundabout take the first exit then at the next take the second exit signed Clahpam. Green Lane is the first turning on the right once you enter Clapham. The Woodlands Manor is 200 yards on the right.
