Our Bedford hotel offers competitively priced room rates including complimentary breakfast; a delicious continental-style buffet served in our Great Room. The Great Room also features a licensed bar serving soft drinks, beers, wines and spirits in a relaxed environment. Tasty, affordable evening meals are also available, for your convenience. Our 2 purpose-built meeting rooms in Bedford are located on the ground floor, catering for up to 35 delegates each. Both meeting rooms feature air conditioning, natural daylight and blackout facilities.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 19 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
