Guests should arrive at the residence prior to 23:00 local time. For late arrivals and no-shows, the hotel reserves the right to resell your room, therefore, please contact the hotel in advance if you cannot arrive before 23:00. If you cannot cancel your reservation prior to 23:00 you will be charged for the first night of the reservation.

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 9.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 10 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child under 10 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
