Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 14.00 per person.  Buffet breakfast is free of charge for children up to 16 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 16 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Baby cots are not available.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
