The Wireless Hotspot is only available in the main house of the hotel. From 20 December 2008 to 28 February 2009 a supplement of CHF 10 is applicable for the parking garage. Our swimming pool is closed for maintenance from 02 December to 12 December 2008.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  CHF 3.10 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.  CHF 1.20 city/tourist tax per person between 6 and 16 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 7 to 11 years are charged CHF 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 12 to 16 years are charged CHF 40.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
