Hotel details

If you travel by car using a GPS, please be sure to programme your trip via Interlaken. The shorter route via Sigriswil will direct you to a road which is closed in winter and is also not recommended in summer! A wireless internet hotspot is available only in the main building. Please note, that the wellness area will be renovated and upgraded from September until December 2009. As a consequence the swimming pool will be closed from 30 November until 11 December 2009. Thank you for your understanding and kindly excuse any inconvenience (some noise during daytime)!

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in public areas and costs CHF 10.00 per hour.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CHF 3.10 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.  CHF 1.20 city/tourist tax per person between 6 and 16 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 7 to 11 years are charged CHF 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 12 to 16 years are charged CHF 40.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
