Hotel details

Check in is usually from 1pm, your luggage can be left at the Hotel if arriving before 1pm The hotel bedrooms are over 5 floors and the hotel does not have a lift. The hotel is non-smoking. Should any guest breech this request a charge will be made accordingly to service the room. Please note we do not have a night porter.

Food & Beverages

Breakfast is served from 08:00 until 09:30.

Reception closes at 21:00 - please phone or email Edgar Townhouse to make arrangements for your key if you plan to arrive after 21:00.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. 

Parking

Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and costs GBP 5.00 per stay. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
