Travel information By Car: From the East and North: - Exit the M4 at Junction 18. Follow the A46 towards Bath. - After about 12 km take the A4 towards the city for about 1.5 km where you should turn left into the A36 towards Warminster. - Drive about 500 m until you reach a mini-roundabout. Turn right and take the next filter lane on the right which takes you into Great Pulteney Street. - The guest house is in the third block on your left at number 69. By Train: Bath Spa railway station is easily reached from London's Paddington Station. By Air: Bristol Airport is approximately 45 minutes away by car.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 60.00 will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of GBP 60 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. Full English breakfast is not included and costs GBP 6.00 per person.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged GBP 25.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
