On request, Roban House can organise discounts for tourist attractions, or arrange early check-in and late check-outs (charges may apply). You can purchase spa tickets and borrow a towel from the house (applies to stays of a minimum of 2 nights).

Roban House does not accept American Express cards. Any guest who smells strongly of tobacco smoke will not be permitted to enter Roban House The reception at Roban House is not staffed 24 hours. You can only arrive outside of the stated check-in times by arranging with Roban House in advance. Roban House does not accept children under 12 years.

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children older than 12 years are welcome.  Extra beds are not available.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
