Food & Beverages

The ever-changing menu features a selection of dishes freshly prepared daily by the hotel's resident chef, Kai Wang, from Shenzhen, China. The bistro’s informal ambience is the ideal background for the tapas-style dim sum and aromatic Malay curries which would appeal to all those who appreciate the finer side of oriental food.

Please call the hotel directly if bookings include children as not all rooms are equipped to take extra beds. Please note that for May, June and July 2008 substantial roadworks are being carried out on the A36 so the road is closed at Limply Stoke. During this period, access to the hotel from the north would be via Midford and Norton St Philip. This makes no difference to the time of journey as this is usually an alternative route anyway.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate.  Breakfast is not included and costs GBP 8.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children older than 7 years are welcome.  All children from 8 to 12 years are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
