Late arrivals: guests must arrive at the hotel prior to 23.00. Your room cannot be guaranteed after 23.00. If you cannot change the time of your arrival, please contact the hotel prior to 23.00 local time. Payment Information If it is a company booking and the company wants the hotel to take a payment from the credit or debit card given, the company must contact the hotel directly or send an email or fax confirming that the hotel can take the payment and inform them of the amount to be charged to the card. Visa Electron is not accepted. If you wish to pay in cash, the hotel requires full payment on check-in plus a GBP 50 cash deposit or pre authorisation on a debit or credit card.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs GBP 7.95 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 10 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child under 10 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
