All rooms are simply furnished. Guests can choose between classic rooms or, at a supplement, superior rooms with a garden terrace (ground floor) or seaside (first floor).

Hotel details

The hotel is located 4 km from Barisardo town centre, just a short walk from the beautiful Torre di Barì beach, opposite the 16th century tower. It offers two large restaurants and two bars, one of which is beside the pool. During the summer, this area is used as a piano bar, reserved for our hotel guests. We have very well kept gardens and a large swimming pool with a shallow end suitable for children. Our 60 bedrooms are primarily double rooms, sleeping a total of one hundred and twenty people. Bedrooms have en suite bathroom facilities and are fully-equipped.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots.  One child under 11 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged 75 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
