Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 10 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years is charged EUR 8 per night and person in a baby cot.  One child from 3 to 6 years is charged EUR 34 per night and person in an extra bed.  One child from 7 to 11 years is charged EUR 49 per night and person in an extra bed.  One child from 12 to 16 years is charged EUR 65 per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 75 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
