The Gran Hotel La Florida originally dates from 1925 and was known for hosting world-famous guests such as Ernest Hemmingway and James Stewart. After extensive recent renovation, this charming, historic setting has been blended with modern luxury to create a truly unique venue. As well as the impressive swimming pool, the Zen Zone Spa features a steam bath and thermal spa. Here you will also find a fitness room with Technogym equipment. You will also find an expert team of professionals providing exclusive wellness treatments using products by Natura Bissé. Food & Beverages

L’Orangerie Restaurant provides an intimate venue where you can enjoy delicious Catalan, Spanish and Mediterranean dishes made with an innovative touch. Each meal comes with a carefully selected wine from the hotel’s own cellar, all of which can be enjoyed along with the fantastic views out on the terrace. Opening Hours: Breakfast, 07:00-11:00 Lunch, 13.00-15.30 Dinner, 20:30-23:00 (Friday and Saturday until 23:30) Sunday brunch, 13:30-16:00 The Miramar Bar lies beside the swimming pool and serves light meals, tapas and salads in a chic atmosphere. Here you can also relax with an exquisite cocktail whilst enjoying the views. The refined Lobby Bar provides a more peaceful location than the Miramar, making it ideal for a relaxing coffee or glass of fine wine. Its tranquil atmosphere means that you can easily sit back here and read a book in peace.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 29.96 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  One child from 2 to 11 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  One further child from 2 to 11 years is charged EUR 70.62 per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 70.62 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
