Le Méridien Barcelona is often referred to as 'The Star's Hotel', as world recognised personalities have crossed the threshold, including Pavarotti, Bruce Springsteen, Mehta, the Rolling Stones, Madonna, Rostropovich, and many more. The top floors feature beautiful suites, some with large terraces. All available rooms have been completely refurbished and the brand new Restaurant & Bar Cent Onze, with magnificent views over Las Ramblas, is in operation, as well as the reception area, lobby and fitness room.

Food & Beverages

The hotel's Cent Onze Restaurant serves cuisine which combines the very best of French tradition with Catalan creativity. The kitchen uses the fresh flavours of the nearby Boquería market: ingredients of the very highest quality which the chef transforms into works of art. The venue boasts direct access to Las Ramblas, and boasts sophisticated yet warm and welcoming atmosphere. Enjoy delicious cocktails and imaginative snacks at any time of the day at the Cent Onze's sculpted bar – the perfect place to stay after dinner with a drink. Le PopBar hosts DJ sessions covering a wide variety of quality contemporary and classic music, soul, jazz, slow beats, disco, rock and so on. To enjoy this musical feast, head down between 23:00 to 02:00 on nights between Thursday and Saturday. Buffet breakfast is served from 07:00 to 11:00 in the Cent Onze Restaurant.

Cribs are available upon request and are free of charge. However, bedding for cribs is not provided and must be provided by the guest.

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 21.40 per 24 hours.  Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 37.45 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 26.75 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children from 2 to 12 years are charged EUR 53.50 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 74.90 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
