Some of the apartments have balconies looking out onto the main street València. The apartments have been decorated with new contemporary design furniture and come fully equipped with: - bed linen (sheets, duvets, pillows) - a set of towels for each guest - basic cleaning materials - air-conditioning and heating - kitchen with oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, including complete set of kitchen and table utensils. - 2 complete bathrooms with shower and bath. - hair dryer. - washing machine with dryer - living rooms are situated along the balcony, giving plenty of natural light. The living rooms include a twin sofa bed (90 x 200 cm), with furniture for up to 6 people. living rooms are fully equipped with an 21" TV, a HIFI-CD player and DVD player (on request). There are 2 Double Bedrooms with the option of a double bed (150 x 200 cm) in the first bedroom, and 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm) in the second bedroom available.

MH Apartments Sagrada Familia are a new accommodation option in Barcelona. Large, comfortable and equipped apartments with all amenities are offered and included in the price. There is 24-hour customer service available. These apartments can accommodate from 2 to 6 people.

All guests must call the property on arrival at Barcelona Airport in order to arrange key collection. A contact number will appear on the Booking Confirmation issued by this site. A breakage deposit of EUR 250 is required for all bookings. This deposit is payable at check in and returned once the condition of the apartment has been checked. Prepayment is required for any bookings of more than 2 apartments. Once the booking has been made a representative of the apartments will contact you to arrange this payment.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of EUR 150 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Extra beds are not available.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
