The hotel has 235 large, elegant rooms. Each comfortable, relaxing room is chic, modern and carefully decorated with rigorous attention to detail and a contemporary style. Rooms have one double bed or 2 single beds and feature all the modern comforts and facilities of a 4-star hotel, including a welcome pack of Bulgari products and toiletries.

The hotel has 2 outdoor terraces and 2 outdoor swimming pools. Private garage parking is available for guests’ use on request and at an additional cost. There is a business corner, a concierge desk and guest relations. As well as the impressive Lasarte and Loidi restaurants, the hotel also has a bar, Bar Condal, offering a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

The three-Michelin-starred restaurant is among the top 30 in the world. Now, and exclusively for Condes Hotels, Martín Berasategui comes to Barcelona with all his expertise and talent. Besides the new restaurants “Lasarte” and “Loidi”, the great chef supervises menus, cocktails, breakfasts, and banquets at the hotel. So our guests can have a business meal or celebrate a wedding enjoying highest gastronomic value.

For reservations of more than 5 rooms, a prepayment is required: once the reservation has been made, the hotel will contact the customer to agree on the payment method.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 18.56 per 24 hours.  Internet via modem is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 22.04 per 24 hours.

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 16.60 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 18.19 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 48.15 per night and person for extra beds.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
