Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 12:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 13.80 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 32.10 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
