The property operates a minimum stay policy of 2 nights. Guests should indicate their anticipated time of arrival when booking. Those arriving outside of the reception’s opening hours will be subject to a EUR 20 surcharge. A breakage deposit of EUR 100 is required at check-in. This will be returned at check-out once the condition of the room has been checked. Please note that any extra beds booked will not be located in the same room as the rest of the reserved beds. The extra bed is located in a separate bedroom, although bathroom facilities are shared with the main bedroom.

Poblenou and Llacuna metro stations (line 4) run directly to the city centre, as does a tram line and cycling routes.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
