Address 4 Alexander Rd 8001 Cape Town		Travel information By car: - Arriving at Cape Town International Airport, take the N2 to Cape Town. - Once the motorway forks, follow the right fork (Eastern Boulevard). - When you get to the junction at the end of the motorway (at the Waterfront), you will see the Cape Town Convention Centre (CTICC) to your left. - Cross over the traffic lights and turn right at the next set of traffic lights. - Continue straight ahead, following the signs to Sea Point/Camps Bay. - Carry on straight ahead at the large roundabout, past Green Point Stadium and Virgin Active Gym and Tennis Club (all on the right-hand side). - Continue straight ahead at the next set of traffic lights and enter Beach Road. - Follow Beach Road for approximately 3 km, until you get to a smaller roundabout. - Turn left onto Queens Road, then take the first road to your right (Alexander Road). - The Protea Hotels President is the second hotel on your left.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. 1 % city/tourist tax per room per night is not included.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge for extra beds. One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. All older children or adults are charged ZAR 185.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
