Each apartment has a lounge with a pull-out sofa, a coffee table and a TV with international channels (including Eurosport, BBC, CNN, MTV, etc.). Most of the apartments have mountain views, and the ones facing south offer beautiful views to Pirin (the mountain of Bansko).

Breakfast and other meals are served in the restaurant of the Eagle's Nest hotel, located just next door to Mont Blanc.

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site.  Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 5.00 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children from 3 to 12 years are charged EUR 8.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
