The hotel has been designed in typically Alpine architectural style. It consists of 5 buildings situated in immediate proximity to the ski slopes of Bansko, with direct access to the new cabin lift and a splendid view to the Pirin Mountain. The guests of the hotel have the opportunity to indulge in their favorite sports and relax in a modern and luxurious facility close to nature, while enjoying the unique mountain air of the Bansko area. The ZALEZ SPA & WELLNESS CENTER is unique in its size and in the variety of treatments offered and rounds off the perfect rest and relaxing experience. The 1,200 sq.m. Zales Center has a gym, 2 saunas, 5 body treatment rooms, 2 steam baths, solarium, massage rooms, an indoor pool and Jacuzzi. Three hot water outdoor swimming pools and an outdoor Jacuzzi give the guests the opportunity for an exciting swim in open air even in winter, while enjoying the view of the snow-covered mountain. In addition to that, the one and only Softouch Ayurvedic center offers treatment of some diseases and rejuvenation of the spirit in a completely different "way of life". One can choose among over twenty different body massages and head and face treatments each done by experienced professionals and with genuine oils and herbs from the Far East.

A diverse range of quality restaurants and bars offer a wide choice of cuisine styles, including local and international specialties. Sushi Bar Recently opened, on offer is the most delicious Sashimi, Ebi and Maguro Sushi - true Japanese cuisine. The Gallery Restaurant Offering a gourmet thematic buffet selection of German and Bavarian meals, Greek specialties and a rich menu of delicious game meals. The restaurant has direct access to the ski slopes and opens upon a beautiful vista of the mountain. The Come Prima Restaurant Enjoy exquisite Mediterranean food prepared on-the-spot for your entertainment, or embark on a culinary journey of world food. The Come Prima restaurant also boasts a rich selection of quality wines. The Bella Vista Lounge An ideal spot for an afternoon cocktail, an open-air party or simple relaxation on the spacious Bella Vista terrace. The Lobby Bar A rich selection of cocktails, balanced between the all-time favourite drinks and new tempting improvisations. Executive Club Lounge Extra comfort and luxury for the more discerning guest, alongside a rich variety of cigars and cognacs. The Vitamin Bar Located next to the swimming pool to spoil you with freshly-squeezed vegetable and fruit juices, alongside crispy salads.

Maximum 2 adults and 1 child below 12 years old could stay in our Deluxe rooms and Junior suites and they have to pay 7.00 EUR per day for children's breakfast.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children from 0 to 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 6 to 12 years are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
