The hotel has been fitted out to the highest standards using local materials, all the rooms have en suite bathrooms, cable TV and a connection to the internet, some have mini bars and balconies the furnishings have been hand made combining local craftsmanship with modern style. Additional services: Excursions in Pirin Mountain, Rila Monastery, the Bear Park, mineral water swimming pools.Horse Riding, mountain biking, trekking and transport to and from Bansko.

Food & Beverages

We have a lobby bar where you can relax in front of the fire, and a restaurant offering French and Italian food and a fine selection of local beers and wines. We also offer an Indian buffet on Thursdays.

Please note that the hotel does not accept American Express as a guarantee of your booking. A supplement of 4% is charged when you pay by credit card.

Internet

Wired internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets are allowed. No extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
