If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

Tax is not applicable.  10 % service charge per room per night is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs BND 14.80 per person.  Buffet breakfast costs BND 10.80 per child under 12 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 4 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child from 4 to 12 years is charged BND 20.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
