Your hosts, Sandy and Lucy Fraser, invite you to take time out and enjoy a peaceful, restful, restorative break in one of Scotland's natural pieces of paradise. On the banks of Loch Lomond and overlooked by the slopes of Conic Hill, the inn is surrounded by spectacular scenery, magnificent countryside and stunning natural beauty. The inn is constructed from local slate and reclaimed materials are used throughout the interiors. The inn offers perfectly cooked traditional Scottish fare in the restaurant, a fine selection of lagers, beers and spirits in the atmospheric bar and top-quality accommodation with en suite bathrooms with showers. Each charming room is individually and uniquely decorated.

Constructed from a 300-year-old elm tree, the bar area is an ideal spot to enjoy a quiet drink or to indulge yourself in the stimulating company of the locals and fellow travellers alike Combining the best of traditional Scottish cooking and unique delicacies such as Atlantic Char, the menu offers something to suit all tastes. The seasonal daily specials are a popular feature and snacks, bar meals and traditional afternoon teas are also available.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  Baby cots are not available.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
