The spa is probably one of the best in Bali with exotic traditional treatments and spa cottages. In-house guests are entitled to special discount on spa services and absolutely free use of spa facilities: warm outdoor Jacuzzi, aromatherapy Steam Rooms. Children under 15 years might not be recommended at this Beach Resort due to the extensive spa facilities available.

Food & Beverages

The open-air café is among one of the most popular and romantic dining spots in South Kuta Beach with private gazebos surrounding pool & waterfall, serving Indonesian & Western cuisines at reasonable prices.

Payment Information: The hotel wishes to reiterate that Visa and Mastercard are the only credit cards accepted for payment. Additional Benefits: All guests receive a 10% discount on food and drink in the hotel's 3 restaurants. Guests staying for at least 6 consecutive nights can receive a 1 hour Balinese Massage (normally USD 22). Guests staying for at least 10 consecutive nights can receive a 2-hour Colour of Asia spa package (usually USD 40). Both of these services must be used within the 1st 2 days of your accommodation and reservations must be made upon check-in. Guests qualifying for both packages may only make use of one. This intimate resort is not suitable for children under 15 years due to extensive spa facilities available.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

American breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children older than 16 years are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged USD 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
